CTPF (Customer Touchpoint Feedback) is a web application for surveys and feedback on internal faults. These questionnaires, which can be created, serve to collect opinions for applications and IT systems. With CTPF you have the option of creating the time period for the surveys yourself, the e-mails to the customers are sent automatically and the results can be viewed at any time. A summary of the survey will be sent to you automatically after a few days. You also have many other options for continuously editing the survey, pausing it or inviting new participants.

Fleet Management is a tool that allows you to rent a business car simply and easily. In the past, you had to do everything via e-mail, but thanks to this tool you can order a Swisscom vehicle online. Now all the information and steps are recorded in one tool. The approval process after ordering a business car was adapted to Swisscom's needs during development. The order can be submitted by any employee, after which it is forwarded to the supervisor, who then has to approve it. The rest is then organised and managed by the fleet management team.

The IoT-Maps application shows the coverage of various Swiss networks (LPN & 4G) on a map. Through an address search or direct click on the map, a value can be queried which shows the pathloss (path loss) at the selected location. This value describes the respective reception loss. This means: The lower the value, the better the connection. 

LPN (Low Power Network) is an extremely energy-efficient, complementary network based on the open Internet LoRaWAN industry standard lora-alliance.

Historically customer support staff OCC (first and second support) had to use several tools to identify problems of B2B customers. For each system the OCC staff had to copy the customer identity number and enter it into each system to find relevant information. Dealing with all these tools is not easy and was highly time-consuming.

The Apps team's task for this project was to design and create a user-friendly frontend that would meet all the requirements of the support staff by integrating all the existing systems into one easy to use application.

The Apps team designed and implemented a simplified front-end UX so that the agent can easily find the customer and immediately get an overview of all his products. Then he can dig deeper and deeper to find the actual problem (e.g. a defective router). The tool guides the agent through the entire process to find the right problem.
